This cat/kitten will never be sold, transferred, leased or given away, nor sold/given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.2. This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outdoors. Outdoor supervision on halter leash acceptable.3. This cat is purchased for breeding_______pet_______show________.4. If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to seller. 5. This kitten will receive excessive amounts of tender, loving care, will be fed the best possible diet, will receive substantial amounts of entertainment, and will be treated with the utmost respect so that she/he will realize its full potential. 6. No cash refunds, no exceptions unless Breeder cancels deposit of reservation or at time of pick-up. Then the entire of amount paid by Buyer will be refunded. Seller reserves this right in the best interest of the kitten(s). We are placing a kitten in your care for his/her entire lifetime and take this responsibility very seriously. 7. If this cat is purchased as a breeder male, Purchaser agrees not to use this cat for outside stud service. No co-ownership, transfer of queen’s ownership, leasing or other devious means of circumventing this restriction, will be tolerated. Any queen bred by this stud, and subsequent litter must be owned entirely by the owner of the stud. There will be a $2500 fine for each and any breach of contract. Once the contract is breached, buyer shall immediately surrender the cat back to the seller without refund together with signed Transfer of Ownership and shipping is at Buyer’s expense. Also, a stud male is not to be resold as a breeder, he must be neutered and re-homed as a pet. 8. If this cat is purchased as a breeder, Purchaser agrees to only breed this cat with other Bengals. Failure to honor this will result in forfeiture of the cat, and registration papers back to the original breeder. 9. If this cat/kitten is sold as a pet, TICA registration papers/blue slip will be mailed when a spay/neuter certificate from a licensed vet is mailed by Buyer to Seller which is not to exceed 6 months from date purchased. If the proof of spay/neuter is not received within 6 months of purchase, it is implied that the buyer is using the kitten(s) for breeding and breach of contract will be in effect. 10. Vaccinated:Vaccine used:_Merial Rhino-Calici-PanleukemiaNeeds revaccination: 3-4 weeks 11. This cat/kitten is being fed Royal Canin babycat formula dry, free choice. Fresh water should be made available at all times. Guarantees: The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period of 3 business days from the time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine for 2 weeks. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value. If no replacement is available at that time, the Seller will have 6 months to furnish satisfactory replacement or purchase price will be refunded. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a licensed veterinarian certifies the death. All veterinary fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.The cat/kitten is guaranteed against life-threatening congenital defects for 12 months. Should the cat die within that time, the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vet’s certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made with a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the breeder. Due to many factors involved in rearing and caring for this kitten that are beyond the control of the seller, there are no guarantees on fertility or temperament. There are no guarantees given on future health, show achievements or reproduction capabilities of kittens/cats sold with breed and/or show rights. Seller verifies that there are no precluding reasons why a kitten/cat sold with breeding rights should be unable to produce/sire litters. If however, a kitten/cat sold with breeding rights is unable to sire/produce young after two years of age and several breeding attempts with proven, fertile cats, tests will be done at the expense of the new owner to determine fertility. If testing finds this cat to be sterile, due to a congenital problem such as malformation or absence of organs, Seller will replace said kitten/cat with one of equal quality. The said kitten/cat will be returned to Seller prior to sending a replacement kitten/cat. Queens are not guaranteed if a proven male does not reside on premises. There is no guarantee against pyometra. The process of breeding is not to be taken lightly, and breeders must take measures to educate themselves on the subject.No refunds or replacement will be given for any cat that has been bred and a produced a litter (purebred or otherwise).
